We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only collect and store information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone, nor will we share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill any purchases you enact (e.g. membership, conference registration, etc.). We may use your information for internal society busniess purposes and to distribute organizational information in accordance with the contact settings you specified in your membership record. You may change these settings at any time.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may change your information and opt out of any future contacts from us at any time through the membership control panel.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. We post payments at the time of the transaction and store only an authorization number to reconcile individual payments in lieu of storing credit card information. Furthermore, all such transactions are secured via SSL, which you may verify by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page where you enter your payment information. Any other membership information that you have not explicitly indicated that you wish to be made public will only be accessible via your own private login and to the administrators of this website and SCP.
