Cancellation Policy

SCP hopes everyone who registers for our conferences will be able to attend; however, SCP knows extenuating circumstances do occur. SCP is a small organization that runs its conferences as break-even endeavors.

Our Refund Policies are as follows:

• Conference registration cancelation requests received up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the conference are fully refundable subject to a $50 administrative fee.
• Registrants cancelling less than 21 days prior to the start of the conference will not receive a refund due to financial obligations incurred by SCP.
• Registration fees may be transferred to another member; the invoice for the registration will be revised to reflect the member name, but all conference choices for meals, events, etc. may not be modified.
• In the event that SCP must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, SCP will refund the cost of registration.
